When you use the AI demo, the text you enter is transmitted to the AI providers above to generate a reply. Please do not enter medical, confidential or personal data in the assistant.
Some processors are located in the EU (IONOS, Mistral) and in the USA (Anthropic). Such transfers are governed by appropriate contractual safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) to protect your data.
Contact messages are kept for three (3) years after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
You have rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure and portability. To exercise them, contact contact@client.msc-morocco.net. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNDP (Morocco).
We use self-hosted Matomo with IP anonymisation, without advertising and without sharing data with third parties. Only essential cookies are used by default.
