A high-level sports complex drinks constantly — pools, pitches, sanitation, irrigation. We close the loop so almost nothing leaves the site.
Venues run long hours, 320 days a year. We cut demand at the envelope first, then cover the rest on-site — solar, geothermal, recovered heat.
Fifteen hundred athletes a day produce real waste streams. We design for circularity from day one — sorting, valorisation, and an organic loop that feeds the farm.
How 1,500 athletes and spectators arrive shapes the whole footprint. Low-carbon access is set in the master plan, not bolted on.
A Mediterranean coast is a living system. We protect the dune, the wetland and local biodiversity, and design with the climate rather than against it.
