A know-how, not a catalogue. We start from your needs, your site and its constraints — geography, climate, regulations and budget — and engineer sport, health and training as one whole, through to turnkey project documents and on to construction management or project-owner assistance (AMOA).
Each domain below is a know-how — the ability to read a need and a context, then translate it into a programme that fits the site, the rules and the budget. The examples are illustrative; the method is always the same: understand, contextualise, deliver.

High and very-high-level venues for Olympic and non-Olympic disciplines — pools, tracks, courts, combat and indoor halls — drawn to international federation specifications.

Sports-medicine and recovery hubs: high-performance medical imaging, balneotherapy, re-athletisation and athlete monitoring, designed alongside the sport venues.

Diploma-level academies for the trades of sport — coaching, management, health, hospitality and digital — building local talent and lasting employment.

Energy, water, and waste treatment & valorisation — engineered into every design, not added afterwards.

Steering platforms for complex projects, where spreadsheets and generic tools reach their limit. Budget, HR, planning, procurement and documentation in a single system — one source of truth, full traceability, sovereign data.

The same know-how, whatever the project: we read the need and the context, turn them into a buildable, financeable programme, deliver the project documents turnkey, then run the works or stand beside you as project-owner assistance (AMOA).
The brief, the site, geography, regulations and budget — read first.
Spaces, flows and standards, drawn to the metre for this site.
Capacities, ratios and financing that hold up — turnkey documents.
We run the works to delivery — or assist you as the project owner.
Venues drawn to international federation (IF) specifications.
Quality, safety and environment to recognised ISO standards.
Multi-aspect delivery: scope, cost, time, risk and quality.
Sport, health, training, finance, eco and operations — seen as one whole.

We design and dimension competition and training venues to the exact specifications of the international federations — so an athlete trains, qualifies and competes on surfaces designed and checked to federation specifications.
From the geometry of the field of play to run-offs, lighting levels, acoustics, officials’ and anti-doping circuits and spectator sightlines — every parameter is set against the relevant federation rulebook and validated for high-level competition.
A few of the classics — our scope runs well beyond.
Our approach goes beyond designing venues in isolation: we build integrated solutions, conceived around real-world use, performance, health, training, sustainable operation, economic balance and Social, Societal and Environmental Responsibility. Every component is positioned within an overall coherence, to create facilities that are useful, high-performing, responsible, sustainable and fully suited to the needs of the Site and/or the Event.

A reference health pole built around the athlete — from injury prevention to diagnosis, recovery and return to play — designed in the same gesture as the venues, not bolted on afterwards.
High-performance imaging, balneotherapy, cryotherapy, physiotherapy and supervised re-athletisation are organised as a single continuum, staffed by sports physicians and federal medical experts, with athlete monitoring and telemedicine.
Co-located with the venues, the health pole closes the loop injury → on-site care → re-athletisation → return to play. It trains the academy’s health students, draws on AI for imaging and injury prediction from wearables, and stands as its own revenue line in the operator’s plan.

Diploma-level academies that turn a venue into a school — building local talent across every trade of sport, and feeding both the high-level pathway and lasting local employment.
We engineer diploma pathways for the trades of sport, health, hospitality and digital — with capacity for 150 students at Saïdia and a turnkey golf-trades academy at the Royal Golf Dar Es Salam, structured with the OFPPT and the FRMG.
Students learn on the very venues they will run, taught by the expert college and sports physicians; the health pole becomes a clinical classroom, AI personalises learning, and graduates feed the operator’s own workforce — closing the talent loop locally.

Energy, water and waste are engineered into the design from the first sketch — never decoration, always a system — with the explicit goal of a Moroccan and African model for the eco-responsible sports complex.
Water, energy, waste, mobility, landscape and materials are treated as one integrated system, so resources loop and operating costs fall — designed in, measured and continuously optimised.
Eco choices are made pole by pole — pools drive water & energy design, venue roofs carry PV, the site is pedestrian-first — lowering the operating costs in the business plan, while AI monitors and optimises energy, water and waste in real time.

We put the best AI engines to work across the whole value chain — with one firm principle: AI assists decisions, it never replaces the human expert.
We deploy leading and open-source models for performance & injury prediction, medical-imaging assistance, adaptive learning, energy-water-waste optimisation and decision-support — budget, HR and planning modelling delivered through secure web portals, as on the World Games 2029 assignment.
AI is what makes the 360° vision real: one data layer links sport performance, health monitoring, training, eco optimisation and operations — so each pole informs the others and the whole complex is steered on evidence.

One accountable team from the first study to day-one operations — this is the service that makes all the others hold together as a single, financeable, operable whole.
Positioning & feasibility, programming & master plan, business model & PPP, financing, tendering and project documents delivered turnkey — then construction management or project-owner assistance (AMOA), scope, cost, time, risk and quality, to federation and ISO standards.
Because the same team carries sport, health, training, eco and AI, each pole is dimensioned to reinforce the others — and the project holds together financially and operationally instead of being a sum of disconnected lots.

A complex project always outgrows its spreadsheets. Figures get duplicated, versions drift, and only one person still knows why the formula says what it says. We build the system that takes over — a single source, reproducible calculations, and every decision on record.
A figure exists in one place only: every view reads it, none copies it. Each change to a certified value goes through an amendment log — who, when, why, on which source. We cover financial steering, constraint-based scheduling, operational HR sizing, a real-time operations view, document management with text recognition, and role-based access governance.
AI proposes, sources and alerts. It never computes a certified amount. A figure that commits you must be reproducible — same input, same result, today as in six months, and traceable to its source. We run sovereign infrastructure: sensitive data stays in Europe or with you, the deployment chain is self-hosted, and you own the code.
