An intercontinental centre for the preparation, recovery and training of high-level athletes — bringing 30+ disciplines, a reference health hub and a professional academy together on the Mediterranean coast.
Led by the Saïdia Development Company (CDG Group), with the support of the CDG, the Oriental Region, the SMIT and the Ministry of Tourism. Designed to international standards and to strengthen Africa–Europe synergies.

30+ Olympic and Paralympic disciplines, including two 50 m pools, drawn to international federation standards.
Sports medicine, high-performance imaging, balneotherapy and re-athletisation — a reference health hub for the athlete.
Capacity for 150 students in diploma-level programmes for the trades of sport, health, hospitality and digital, with a hospitality school.
An indoor golf academy (Trackman), an engineering & R&D branch (water, energy, waste, digital) and an agro-bio rear base.
Positioning, feasibility, programming, business plan, master plan — preparatory studies completed.
Architectural competition and tenders, then start of construction and finalisation of infrastructure.
Launch and start of operations — Saïdia as an international Olympic and Paralympic preparation site.
Ramp-up and stabilisation, towards the long-term Olympic horizon.
Conceived by and for Africa, on the Mediterranean and a short flight from Europe, Saïdia is positioned as a continental hub — a place of convergence, preparation, innovation and transmission that affirms Africa’s place on the international sporting stage.
30+ Olympic and Paralympic disciplines — athletics, aquatics, combat, racket, indoor and collective sports — to federation specifications, with video-and-data capture on every venue.
A sports-medicine pole designed to meet the relevant healthcare and sports-performance accreditation requirements — imaging, recovery, re-athletisation and athlete monitoring — designed around the athlete’s journey.
A university start, a regional partnership, sports-études pathways and professional training — building local talent and lasting employment.
Sustainable development is a structuring pillar of the complex. Ten minutes away, a 32-hectare agri-bio prairie acts as the technical back-base, supplying local, organic produce tailored to athletes’ nutritional needs — closing the loop between performance, health and territory.
Each branch — sport, health, training, engineering — carries its own financial flows and dedicated operators, under public oversight via a framework contract. A modular model that gives investors clear visibility, targeted performance per pole, and lasting territorial impact.
